Refund Policy

At Twill Beauty, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns: You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours at director@twillbeauty.shop with clear photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Processing: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
