Shipping Policy

At Twill Beauty, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping terms below:

  1. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
    Standard Shipping: We offer flat-rate shipping across the United States.

Free Shipping: All orders over $50.00 qualify for Free Standard Shipping (excludes heavy salon equipment).

Large Equipment: Items such as salon chairs or shampoo bowls will be billed with custom shipping costs based on weight and location.

  1. Processing & Delivery Timeframes
    Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Standard Shipping (UPS/USPS): Once processed, please allow 5–10 business days for delivery within the United States.

Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your order is dispatched.

  1. Shipping Restrictions
    P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Restricted Locations: We do not ship to San Antonio, TX. Due to regulations, liquids and sprays cannot be shipped to AK, HI, or APO/FPO addresses.

  1. Delivery Requirements & Signatures
    Signature Required: For security and to prevent fraud, all high-value orders require a signature upon delivery.

In-Store Pickup: Available at our designated location during business hours. Orders must be collected within 3 days.

  1. Damaged or Missing Items
    We take great care in inspecting and packing every order.

Transit Damage: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please notify the carrier immediately and contact us at director@twillbeauty.shop within 48 hours.

Claims: We will assist you in filing claims with UPS/USPS and ensure that any verified defective or damaged product is replaced or refunded. Please keep all original packaging materials for inspection.

  1. Order Verification
    To protect our customers, some orders may be subject to additional ID or payment verification. We reserve the right to delay shipment if verification is incomplete.
